Choices...

Today is a"getting-shit-done-before-Japan" kind of day.
I've been to the travel agency to get rail passes, i've been to the hair clinic (i haven't been there in a few years, and i wasn't exactly stoked to go back) to buy shampoo, and i've been out buying a few presents.
Allan is home too, due to a well-timed cancellation, and after i came back from the city, we met up and went to the bank together , and ate a sandwich in the sun, even though it was freezing cold.

I just finished translating some semi-urgent band stuff for my dad, and i now plan on doing a ton of laundry. I like it when every possible piece of clothing i might wanna bring with me to Japan is clean, just in case. Makes packing easier.
Speaking of packing, which pair of Jeffrey Campbell shoes do i bring with me to Tokyo? There are pros and cons about both pairs, and i wish i could just bring them both, but they're too heavy for that, so i need your help on this one.

I felt like a tourist today

I just cant' choose...

It's still so cold in Copenhagen, and even though i isn't exactly summer in Tokyo just yet, it will be nice to at least be able to leave the house without gloves again!

  1. Both pairs are lovely but I'm going to say the first pair with the yellow background, they seem much more practical and although the brown leather ones are simply lovely I don't think the open toe is going to do you any favours.

    Black, 95% sure about it.

  2. The black ones! More practical if it gets chilly. But then, there's always socks... I'm not helping here.

Can't wait to see your Japan adventures!

  3. My vote is for the open toes ones because they would be SO CUTE with all the fancy socks you have/will get!!

  4. De sorte (Lita?). Hvis det er i nærheden så koldt som her, er de vejen frem, plus de var comfy, yes? :)

  5. ahh! such a hard choice...although I totally agree with Corey about the socks, and oh, I have jelly legs just thinking of all those you could buy, I think the boots are more sensible. plus you can wear them with cute knee-high socks. and cute dresses. oh damn i'm going to have to go get my fruits out now and pretend i'm there!

  7. Boots for sure.
It sure ain't open toe shoe weather here in Portland and we have a similar climate to Tokyo.

  8. That didn't help at all guys!! If anything i'm even more confused now...
The boots are more practical, yes, but it's already getting much warmer in Tokyo, and oh, socks! And it's not like it rains much there anyway (although if it did, i sure wouldn't wear my suede shoes outside!)...

Oh, i'm gonna have to test-pack and try everything on with both shoes!

  10. It's spring time!!  Open toes!  Plus you can wear them with tights and or socks.  Maybe it depends on the other things you pack and if your outfits end up being more black/brown based!

  11. You need to take both.....

Plan A: pack a pair in Allan's suitcase

Plan B: wear one pair while going through the airport

Plan C: they are the greatest shoes ever you shouldnt have to choose
