I am Dominic Santiago

And as you can see, i mean business.
The new Gears of War is just as good, and sometimes frustrating, as the previous one.

We played most of the evening and didn't stop until, like, 4 in the morning.
And not because we were tired of playing.
No, it was because our very sensitive, little dog was a nervous wreck due to all our yelling and screaming.
Even if we were just yelling at the enemies on the tv, the little guy thinks we're fighting and he'll try to stop it.
And it's hard fighting the locust with a dog manically licking your face.
Take my word for it.

Today we haven't done much.
I've repaired my beautiful new years dress, that i ripped in what i can only guess was a drunken attempt to get it off.
It was tougher than expected, repairing lace rips take near surgical precicion.
But i made it and you can barely see where it has been repaired.

Now, more coffee.

  1. My mom's Dachshund does that as well! Poor little thing. Little protectors.

I drink rarely, but when I do, I always seem to wake up to find my clothes in some sort of shredded heap by the bed. In most cases I can't even be bothered to find my pajamas. Good job fixing the lace!

  3. Poor Lucifer, he just did it again today, so now we're on xbox timeout!

Blackouts and property damage are some of the reasons i rarely drink.
And i always lose stuff too.
I think i can thank my friends and my husband for getting me and all my crap home in one (almost) piece the other night.
I'd done a number on my new shoes too, so i've had to give them a good clean and polish job today.
    It'll be a while before i party like it's 1999 again!
